Hi Microsoft SharePoint Experts,
I am dipping my toe into SharePoint Online, and am trying to build out a new site for my department. Can anybody point me to where I can find a full list of out-of-the-box Web Parts and Apps, the definition / use case for each, and maybe an example. This would be a HUGE help to give me ideas about which to include on my sites.
Thank you in advance!!!
Doug

Hi,
in your tenant site access the link https://tenant/_catalogs/wp/Forms/AllItems.aspx to see all the available webparts to your site collection.
And all the features you can see on this link _layouts/15/ManageFeatures.aspx?Scope=Site. Hope it will give you some more clarity on building your sites.

Hi,
I am not quite sure what you mean by tenant site. I am not a techie; I am in the business trying to build out a SharePoint Online site with a fresh instance that was provisioned for me by my IT department. I am learning as I go with what was given to me :-). Is there a way to get a central view (wether it be a website, a doc, presentation, etc.) of what each OTB Web Part and App does....use cases to give me an example of why I would use each OTB Web Part and/or App?
Thanks,
Doug
