Link visio web access to a page viewer web part

Hi,

I have a visio web access inserted in a page with its elements linked to some other sharepoint pages.

I want that pages to open below the visio web access, in the same page. I'm trying to use a target for the links in the visio web access to open it in other web part (page viewer), in the same page, below the visio web part.

Can anyone help me in how to insert that target?
