Is there a way to know if a file in SharePoint was already indexed/crawled?

We have a SP2016 with lot of files. The files can be uploaded from various sources.

Is there a way to respond to the uploading systems, or the uploaders, when their file was crawled successfully, and it can be searched in SharePoint?
