Implementing My Task and My Following Sites in another page

Hi All,

Is it possible to recreate the default My Tasks and My Following Sites present in the MySite page in another page in sharepoint 2013?

Can someone suggest me an idea as to how this can be achieved.

Well, technically this is possible using SharePoint APIs so you can get per user his/her tasks and also the sites he/she is following...then you can show this information on a WebPart you build

So I am trying to create it in the Default.aspx page of Mysite so that it appears every users MySite default Page.

How can this be achieved?
