How to use buttons to dynamically add or delete some property fields ine the property pane ?

Hello,

 

I'm currently working on my own sharepoint framework webpart. I saw the "Highlighted Content" webpart and I wold like to have something similar ( I mean the control and filters).  So I would like to know which way is the most effective one to implement adding and deleting buttons ?

Please take a look at react content query webpart. It has similar filters and template options.
