How to make list title bold?

Here is another questions regarding the title of the lists. Can we make it bold, so that that news article title will be different from main text? 

I guess it can be done, as Title Column Settings have this field that says "

Column Formatting: 
Change the display of this column by adding JSON below.
Remove the text from the box to clear the custom formatting.
