How to display different edit form for the same Sharepoint list ?

Different edit form should be displayed based on different permission e.g. user having userForm with some fields as readonly while manager having managerForm with all fields as editable.

Sorry, but this is not a built in feature in SharePoint...while you can have different types of forms for a list, you cannot control what forms to show depending on permissions. In order to have this functionality, you might need to build it (or look for third party products that can provide it)

I need to find a way to do that, but if you're telling me that this is not possible, how can I do that tho?
What third parts build-ins would help me out with that?
