How does one debug SharePoint mobile app for iOS (Android)?

Hello, any docs on how to connect to an iOS or Android device and debug SharePoint mobile App?

We'd like to find out why certain things don't work in SharePoint mobile App (the iOS one).

I don't think this is something you can do with the SharePoint Mobile App and any other App that has been built buy a sofware maker
