We want to notify all users in one group about a new message or news in the company. it's just like https://microsoft.sharepoint.com/sites/CSEWeb
we want to realize the announcement navigation like the following snapshot (it's a screen snapshot when I visit the CSEWeb URL).
For example, the sharepoint administrator want to send a message or news to all users in the company, and then the administrator can config something in the sharepoint portal. After that, all users can see it when the visit the sharepoint site.
I don't know whether I can realize it by sharepoint. How could I do that? Thanks.
