Getting Office Group for a SPO Site

In Powershell, what is the recommended way to get the Office Group that is connected to an SPO Site?

I would say the Groups cmdlets are the way to go

Can you provide a little bit more detail? when I look at the get-PnPUnifiedGroup cmdlet it needs the groupID. Is there a way to use a sposite property to get the groupID?
