Hi

Just been showing a user the Markdown Web Part on a modern site.  The requirement they have is get  display updates to the markdown hosted on a private  Github repo,.

Here are my initial thoughts on

  1. The MD Web Part is not community sourced so not on the SharePoint repo. Hence, unable to decorate the web part so that it uses a URL link for sourced markup file.  I take this a UserVoice request?
  2.  Use the provision engine template to provision the (page and) web part with the markdown file downloaded from GitHub -maybe build a fancy web job
  3. Use the Github updated event to trigger the provisioning engine to perform 2)
