I have in my SharePoint Server a Form Library where based on actions of users on an item a workflow is started. This workflow creates different tasks for the item in the Form library. I want to delete some of this tasks based on the status of the item in the Form Library. I have looked around and some suggest to use a separate "Delete" workflow, but I could not find out how a "Delete" workflow is created in SharePoint Designer which is able to delete a specific associated task of an item in the Form Library.
Could you tell me how I can do this?
I have two main limitations:
1. I am not allowed any coded solutions, but only out of the box features from SharePoint Server and SharePoint Designer. Currently, I am using SharePoint Designer 2013 with SharePoint Workflow 2010 option.
2. I don't want to delete all associated tasks of an item in the Form Library, but just specific amount of them.
