Custom theme doesn't get preserved after refresh!

Hi,

I have created a custom theme following this tutorial:

The theme is being deployed to the modern team site and I can choose it and apply but when i refresh the page the default theme gets applied an my custom one gets replaced. 

why this happen?

Very strange, last time I created a custom theme it worked very well

I made another test in a new modern communication site and it works. 

I also tested with a modern team site and still wirking.

Strange that it didn't work the first time
