- it is not possible to comfortably edit GLOBAL navigation, TopNavigationBar does not exacly allow it, it only takes external urls as global etc.
- it is not possible to programatically add heading without URL (NavigationNode is missing properties member from server object model)
- audice targetting is impossible to set
