Creating HTML for Sharepoint modern

Hello, 
We have created a new visual design for one of our customers sharepoint pages and need to create the HTML.  They use Sharepoint modern.  Will it be easy for my customer to implement the HTML?  Does anyone have experience in creating HTML for Sharepoint modern that will leverage some of their existing elements( calendaring, polling and a few others)

If you mean to convert the HTML visual to a modern page in SPO, there is not a direct way to do that...what you have to do or instruct your customer to do is to create page templates in SPO so they can re-use later to create new pages based on those templates
