Create a SPFX webpart for user input form having more than 12 lookup columns

 List 'A' has more than 5000 items and also contains more than 12 lookup columns. We cannot create custom forms on this list using PowerApps due to the Microsoft limitations of 12 lookup columns and not more than 5000 items. Can we create the custom form using SPFx with these limitations?
