I am working with lists of license requests in SharePoint online and I need to solve two problems, so I wanted to ask if there is an alternative to do so:
1- Can you obtain data from the active user such as role or dependency automatically, to condition the data that the user can edit in a form?
2- Can I condition the possibility of accessing all the records in the list, by accessing a view, if the user who is working belongs to a certain group?
