Communication iste PNP Powershell configure QuickLinks web part properties

Microsoft

We are trying to automate provisioning of a community site with modern pages and automatically configure web part properties

We have found this very useful article which explains the process https://hangconsult.com/2017/11/05/creating-a-new-client-side-page-with-pnp-powershell/ but we still have some issues with QuickLinks web part

For this web part there are a lot of properties in the Properties JSON which are GUIDs and CDN URLS

Is it possible to provision a QuickLinks web part preconfigured with links and images using PNP Powershell?

Maybe if you use a extention handler to fill the data.

@Erwin van Hunen knows this..

Hi there,

Did you found a solution for this issue? I'm having the same problems and and just can't find a solution.

Take a look at video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axgAhVkWb34 - Bert shows how to do it as of minute 30
