Choose what the add new button does

Hello,

We have a PowerApp for a list on SharePoint that we want users to use exclusively.  Is it possible to remove the "add new" button on the navigation bar in the SharePoint list?  If not, is it possible to redirect the user to the PowerApp when the "add new" button is clicked?

You could remove it using an Application Customiser and a little CSS/JavaScript.
