Can Web.CreateAnonymousLink be used to create an anonymous link for a folder?

I'm leveraging the CSOM  libraries in a C# console app to automate the creation of folders and files in a doclib (hosted on O365).  I would like to set one of the folders to have a View-Only anonymous link - is this possible?

It appears that Web.CreateAnonymousLink is only for files.
