Add Page Details to modern pages in SharePoint 2019

Hello,

In SharePoint Online, pages have "Page Details" in the ribbon which opens the side bar where properties can be edited. In SharePoint 2019 this seems to be missing. Is there a way to add this pane or something similar where I can modify custom site colums?

SharePoint 2019 and SPO share the same codebase, however they don't have the same features. In SPO you are going always to have more features than in SPO
