Add Localization to Fullcalendar

Hi,

I created a calendar following this example :

Fullcallendar

and is working very well. Now I am trying to add localization to this app since there are two group users that will user the calendar (french ans english) . 

Following the example I understand the idea behind localization in SPFX but fullcalendar uses another kind of implementation of locales. 

How can I apply the example steps in fullcalendar?
