Using Delayed email delivery Problem

Hello ,

I am trying to use Delayed delivery email option in viva insights add-in tab in outlook windows .. but I never get suggestions for schedule sending when writing an email although the suggestion option in turned on .. I tried to open the viva insights tab to schedule the email manually but I also cannot find the option .

I have no delay rules applied in outlook . Please help how can I find the scheduled delivery option manually or how can I get notifications of scheduled delivery .

How many devices are affected? Please check if there are more than a device affected or confirm it's Only this one?

Please also that you have the prober licensing for Viva and also that you have an MS365 license for Outlook.

Additionally, please make sure that your Office apps are updated.
