Organizational data presence/absence attributes

Hi everybody,

I am working on several projects with Viva Insights / WPA.

One of my customers asked me if they can include presence/absence data for employees for each month (ex: for personid "xxxxx" presence days for March was 20 absence days was 3).

I was wondering if this is possible and it it was i guess that this means that the customer needs to upload every single month the organizational data with a new effective date.

Hi @VI_Migration yes that would be a custom attribute or column your team would need to add in the Org Data file that you upload each month. You are correct in thinking that you would need to manually keep it up to date monthly as that metric is not tracked by Viva Insights.
