Prevent administrator change code in a web app after publishing

Hello everyone. Is there a way to prevent administrators from accessing a web app code?
I have to prove to a customer that the application source code has not changed over time. How can I do? Thank you!

I might be missing something but couldn't you just regularly supply Hash check values for the app code?
