i tryied more than one time to open the port on linux ubuntu and window server (and system firewall) by adding new inbound rules in ngs section
but the ports still closed , i tried subnet but the same , i thing azure has a new way to open the ports
note :its the only vm and group there is no another group, vm is fresh one there is no any application use all of these ports
