Secure score not updating?

I've been reviewing items in our Secure Score portal but even after a few days they aren't updating. For example I see the following: 



It has shown this all week. It's not the only one either. Is there something I should be doing here to make it update?

Hi Aaron,

If you are clicking the link in Secure Score to view the report then it should be recording the points and you will see them within 24 hours.  If it is not, please use the feedback button in the bottom right of the Secure Score screen to file the issue so we can investigate further.

I think it did finally update but it took about 3 days to do it. I'll submit the feedback on the page.
