We have a need to protect more than 60 users in our organization with AntiPhish policies to get the impersonation protection via tooltips etc. To accomplish this we separated the users in increments of 60 into separate policies, as per the Microsoft AntiPhish Documentation. What we are observing is that only the policy with the lowest priority is working. All the other users specified in the other policies are ignored. Is ATP only able to protect 60 users at a time using AntiPhish Policies? I opened a ticket with Support (going on 3 weeks now) regarding this issue and have not gotten anywhere with it. Please advise.
