Delay in API UL client picking up Sensitivity Label policy

We've rolled out Sensitivity Labels across our estate, applying MSI build of AIP Unified Client Version using SCCM, Office 365 ProPlus and Office 365 E3.


4,500 laptops were targeted on Monday, so far about 3,000 have the policy labels in Exchange, Word etc.


It seems the UL client hasn't picked up the published policy. Rebooting the laptop, sometimes more than once, may trigger a policy update and the labels appear in Office 365 ProPlus. Laptops in remote offices outside the UK seem slowest to pickup, suggesting some network issue.


Any clues on how to ensure the UL client is 'calling home' to get the published policy for the users or remotely trigger a policy refresh?
