Hey! I am not tech savvy at all so my sister-in-law was helping me hook my printer to my computer and noticed it needed to be updated so she updated it from windows 8 to windows 8.1. When she went to log in after it was done it told her wrong password but it was letting me sign into it on my phone. I reset it on my phone but it still tells me wrong password on the computer. It doesn’t give me a reset option or let me change admins since I apparently didn’t make any security questions or even put my phone in. If y’all could help I would really appreciate it!
