Will EMS E5 license allow me to use the alert policies in Office 365 Security & Compliance Center?

Hi,

The article below says Alert Policies require an E5 license but we are on E4 licenses and looking at purchasing EMS E5 licenses for the last year of the EA.

Will EMS E5 allow us to use the Alert Policies capability?

It should, as they are basically functionality found in the ASM/CAS services, which in turn are part of EMS. But, best confirm this with some Microsoft guy.
