Is there a wat to give a custom role that give a reading permissions on Threat & Vulnerability Management section in Microsoft Security Center.

Global Reader/Security reader should do that, and if you want to go even more granular, you can create a custom role under https://security.microsoft.com/emailandcollabpermissions

Thank you, but there are no custom role for Threat & Vulnerability Management(Only Read) in the section you are mentioned
