SSO integration page garbled today - was fine yesterday

Hi All,


Does anybody know what might have happened to the SSO screens in Azure. Yesterday it was fine. Today it looks like it is shown below. I am unable to make changes to it.

I had fully integrated it with Cisco Spark. All the information was configured and working. 

Today the integration wasn't working, I  checked this page and it is garbled, as best as I can tell. 


Any ideas, how to get out of this mess? "Save" button doesn't activate if I choose any other setting on the drop down selection.
