I created and published 5 sensitivity labels in Microsoft 365 Compliance Center.
Unfortunately on the desktop apps are shown only 3 from them if the Azure Information Protection client is installed. If the client is not installed, all 5 labels are shown.
Error message in Outlook: "Azure Information Protection cannot use this label, because it is configured for a protection template, which cannot be found".
All users are affected.
The issue don't exist by the Online versions.
