We have a central terminal server environment in use (in Germany) which is accessed worldwide.
When a user from the USA uses M365 services on the terminal server, I get "Sign in Risks - Impossible Traveling". The message comes up because the same user checks his mails (simultaneously) in the USA via cell phone or participates in a team meeting via his personal client.
How can I proceed here to avoid getting so many false positives? I would like to use the Risky User and Risky Signin function. Can you please give me some tips? Thanks
