Secure Score Ensure internal phishing protection for Forms is enabled

We have it enabled however secure score seems to be misreporting that its not.
its been like this for some time now so looks like a bug.

It works in my tenant. Do you have a Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps license which is required?

yeah we do.
checked again today and still says outstanding action but most certainly is set
