Is there a way to lookup a safe link without clicking it.

We got a phishing email and I want to know if MS is correctly blocking it, but I don't want to click it to test.

Yes, if you are tracking user clicks with Safe Links you can use URL Trace in the Exchange Admin Center.

this seems to just tell me if someoneclicked it.

I want to know if it is a bad site or not without clicking it.
