I am no real familar with DLP policies. We are seeing this on our OFfice 365. Can someone shed some light for us. Is this a big concern? Thank you very much!

Whether this is a concern, or even a big one, is up to you or the relevant people in your organization to decide, nobody here can answer that for you. If you are not the one that has configured the DLP policies, talk to your security/compliance folks.

@VasilMichev , I am the one who manages our Office 365, however, I did not setup any special DLP policies. Are there default policies already in place that may be causing these alerts?
