Microsoft documentation states that E5 is the license needed to use Records Management. Do users who will just tag documents with record label (retention label with records enabled) needs to have E5 licenses as well?
In our Developer tenant, E3 users were able to see record label and can successfully tag them.
I just want to make sure since we need to finalize the license cost requirement for our Records Management project.
