Hello everyone, I have a problem with an account used to log access to POWER BI, this account was assigned a microsoft authenticator as security, but no other security method was assigned. The authenticator was installed on a mobile phone that has been stolen and therefore now there is no way to gain access as the code generated by the authenticator is needed. I can't find a way to request that they remove the authenticator or, they can give me a phone number to use in the account, so perhaps they could send me a code by SMS and be able to regain control of the account. Do you know if it is possible to do it? or is there a viable way to suppress the authenticator?
