Outlook web app or desktop app not showing policy tip

Hi all,

Does anyone know how i get the policy tip to show in Outlook web app and the desktop app?

The DLP policy from security and compliance center does work as the action is set to be moderated by myself and my manager.

But users do not see the policy tip. Microsoft support has so far been unable to explain why 😞

is there any difference in how your users are licensed compared to you and your manager? DLP requires E3 licenses and I'm wondering if your users are E1 or something else?

Same here.
Tested adding DLP policy with email alert and the Policy Tips in two different tenants using M365 E5. Both send the email alerts, but no Outlook Policy Tips at all... not in Outlook app or the Outlook web.
