So I have an Exchange 2013 Hybrid Environment. I have configured the RMS connector in my environment and everything seems to work fine. When I send an email from an On-Prem Mailbox to an external address (gmail.com user for example). The external user is getting the following below.
When a cloud mailbox sends email to the external user (gmail.com user for example) they are seeing the following below. Is it possible to configure the RMS connector in my Exchange 2013 environment and have on-prem mailboxes send to external users using Azure RMS labels and allow them to see the following message below? I want the external user to have the option to use a one-time passcode. Any feedback would be appreciated.
