In Office 365, we can access Email from everywhere (from within and outside of the company).
How to prevent Employees/Staff from downloading Email Attachments from outside of the company.
Emails should be accessible from outside of the company but Attachments should be restricted to download from outside of the company.
This is basically to prevent leakage of information through attachments to external world.

There is no such option available. You can restrict this in OWA, however they will still be able to download attachments just fine in Outlook or on mobile devices. If you want to protect attachments, use functionalities such as RMS.
