O.365 Security Score says "We can't get this info right now. Try again later"

I recently turned up a new O.365 e1 account to test some things.  The account only has one user in it.  when I go to security and compliance, I get the message in the subject and have been for a week.  I have a tik open with MS but they don't seem to be much help.  Anyone got an idea?  Thanks
