Hi!
I am trying to find out from which version of OS/.NET, TLS1.3 will be supported ( I am only interested in .NET).
I understand that probably it's not going to be supported by versions that don't support TLS 1.2 now but I am looking to get to know more.
There is not much written on this topic in places that I was able to reach by googling (as in searching for information on the internet, not necessarily using Google).
That is why, I would really appreciate your help - even pointing me in the right direction.
