I have user in my organization who is not able to see 'Show Bar' and 'Help and Feedback' option in sensitivity icon in outlook. Please let me know if anyone have faced the same issue and the steps to overcome this. TIA.
I've seen similar things. What you could do is reset all views. In addition it also sometimes help to let a user test on another device. Sometimes its a messed up profile or config on a machine. Easy way to test and you can then start fixing it.
