In July, my organization blocked forwarding emails to external domains. The secure score increased then, and was sustained for several weeks after, but Microsoft is no longer recognizing the rule that we have in place. The rule hasn't changed. There has been a 20 point drop in the score because of this.
Additionally, Microsoft Secure Score is not allowing me to check sign-in reports, which is something that I was able to do previously. When I click "launch" on the link that takes you from Microsoft Secure Score to Azure to view the report, the page just hangs. This is a 45 point drop in secure score because of this.
How do I troubleshoot this? I opened a ticket in Azure but Microsoft stated to reach out to our hosting provider for help. That doesn't seem to make much sense to me.
