Microsoft has suspended my account and I can not access the services of AZURE (I'm writing from another account). At Azure I have several paid virtual machines. What can I do, how to restore access?

Have you tried tweeting @AzureSupport on Twitter to make sure you're contacting them through the right email address?

Also according to this FAQ, you might just need to wait for local business hours to begin before you can expect a response.
