Microsoft 365 security - Improvement action not updating after resolved

Hello,

we have implemented a change as recomended by an improvement action, but the action is not being marked as completed, neither the score is going up.

Could you please explain me what have I got to do to get the recomendation evaluated?

We made the change 3 days ago, so it does not seem to be a matter of time.

I see Microsoft says:

If you have any issues, let us know by posting in the Security, Privacy & Compliance community. We're monitoring the community and will provide help.

But doesn't seem to be really true.

I saw the evaluations can take up to 48h to update, but nothing happen after 48hrs.

Now trying to generate the same conditional policy with a slight difference to see if the MS filter is able to find it now and understand we are doing what they recommend.
