External user gets stuck in an authentication loop in Azure AD integrated Enterprise Application

Hi,

We have a 3rd party Enterprise Application, which we've added to AzureAD manually (not from the gallery).  But sometimes it goes into an authentication loop when an external user tries to logout.

I've wired the same Enterprise Application up in another AzureAD tenant and the same user is just fine.

There must be something slightly different about the two AzureAD tenants.

How do I go about diagnosing this issue?
